We are looking for a passionate and talented Commis de Rang for our 2-Michelin Star Restaurant "Seta by Antonio Guida". As a Commis you will assist our guests courteously and efficiently, set up tables according to standards, suggest and correctly take customer food and beverage orders with up-selling techniques, communicate with the kitchen for any guests' special request and dietary requirements, prepare the pantry and side station assigned with sufficient Mise en Place, maintain the back of the house neat, tidy, clean and safe at all times.
You are an outgoing and enthusiastic individual, passionate about customer service and willing to offer the most impeccable and sincere service to our guests in a smiley and warm manner. You will make sure Legendary Quality Experience Standards are implemented and respected to be able to exceed customers' expectations.
