Cook will prepare food based on pre-set recipes and on the instructions of his/her superiors, in the most efficient and effective manner. He/she will deliver the highest possible standards of quality food, presentation and service, and will be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving the department’s profitability in accordance with Hotel policies, procedures and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of a Hotel Management School at secondary level or Hotel & Catering School specialising in catering.
2. Two years experience in a similar position.
3. Must speak English. Knowledge of another language will be considered an advantage.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Pleasant and friendly personality, reliable and polite.

The Mediterranean Beach Hotel is situated on the South-West Bay of Limassol and is close to the archaeological site of the kingdom of Amathus. It is only a 10 minute drive from the town center (8km).
