About the role
As part of the lively and fun team (based just down the road from Chessington World of Adventures Resort - another one of our fantastic attractions!) you’ll be answering incoming help requests vie e-mails, live chats and telephone calls for Merlin Attractions in the UK, US & ANZ. Working towards key customer experience performance indicators, you will deliver outstanding levels of customer service, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Our Customer Service Centre is a 24/7 operation and as a result we offer flexible shifts during the daytime, evening, nights and weekends. Ideally all our team work 5 days out of 7 however we are always happy to discuss any availability the right candidate might have. Contracts are on a fixed-term basis until 4th November 2018, with the opportunity to extend the contract for an additional year, subject to performance.
We are looking for the following skills and experience\:
· Excellent IT skills – a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential
· Excellent command of oral and written English together with excellent communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail is essential
· An organised individual with excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
· A positive can-do approach
· Enjoys working as part of a team
· Passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service
