Join us as a HoReCa Key Account Manager and you will be: • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of HoReCa major clients to ensure their loyalty • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives • Developing and implementing specific customer strategy, service requirements and sales initiatives for HoReCa major customers by segment (Hotels, restaurants, etc) • Accountable for sales, process management, budget planning, Key Accounts HORECA development • Operational responsibilities: develop the strategies for the Cash & Carry to approach HoReCa customers by target groups, programs and procedures, customers and employee training, establishing key strategic alliances and providing support to growing networks • Monitoring KPI’s derived from the company’s strategic goals regarding Key Accounts HoReCa development
To be successful in this role, you'll need: • to love food and love coming to work • be confident in your ability to achieve great results for our customers and our business • good understanding of the HoReCa business in Cluj area • sound knowledge about the key success activities for specific HoReCa customers, including sourcing, payment terms, critical paths, business mechanics etc. • proven capabilities in planning, organizing and managing resources • strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels • to be able to think creatively and inspire others to search for options • cross functional collaboration ability • strong organizational and time management skills • to be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and computer literacy (MS Office)
