Join the Porters team and you will be an addition to a team that understands the importance of being there for guests, ready to help them with practical problems. Offering your services mainly upon arrival and departure and across the hotel premises, you will be guided by the Reception team.

This is a job for someone who is by nature friendly, hospitable, efficient and discreet; a well organized, active people person who is happiest when moving around and helping people. It also offers the security of working for one of the most established and serious employers in the hospitality industry in Cyprus.

 

What we expect from you:

  • To attend to guests upon arrival and departure
  • To be responsible for safe handling of guest luggage at all times
  • To be responsible for security and tidiness of luggage room at all times
  • To ensure no obstructions of entrance, reception and lobby and TV areas
  • To support Reception with newspaper, magazines and message deliveries to guests
  • To be familiar with all the facilities and services of the hotel to be able to answer guest questions about the hotel  

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Good Knowledge of Greek and English
  • Pleasant personality
  • EU Citizen or an EU Work Permit Holder
