Villas, service and dining are geared to the guests accustomed to the highest world-class standards.Situated on the 44 hectares of the island, are 122 Guest Villas, 5 Restaurants, 70 Pools, a Spa and other recreational activities including fitness center, dive center and water sports.We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director of Sales to join our team at our ultra-luxury 5* resort, One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives. Based on the island, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the resort sales strategy and partnerships with tour operators and travel agencies. This will include initiating tactical promotions and initiatives and managing Service Level Agreements with key accounts; ensuring we maximize sales, grow business share and maintain the highest level of professionalism through the travel industry.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director, Retail to join our team at our ultra-luxury 5* resort, One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives to manage on a day to day basis of all the One&Only Reethi Rah retail outlets within the Neo Boutiques, Fitness Centre, Kids Only, Recreation and Dive Centre.

Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five star hotels, be well presented, dedicated and serious team players with a passion for quality service and must also be prepared to work flexible hours in this important role. Should have a proven and successful track record of previous employment within the Sales field.
