Senior Catering Sales Manager
Summary of Responsibilities
The Senior Catering Sales Manager, under the supervision of the Director of Catering & Conference Services, manages catering and conference sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel. The person is expected to achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness as well as develop business leads for the Hotel on a regular basis.
Candidates for this position must have at least one-year experience as a Sales Manager or two-year outstanding experience as a Sales Executive / a Sales Assistant Manager in a luxury five-star hotel. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for effectiveness in sales responsibilities in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. In order to be highly productive in the job, candidates must have high computer literacy and be able to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
Candidates must have authorization to work in Indonesia and enjoy the vibrant city life of Jakarta.
