As Multi Property Director of Event Booking Centre you represent the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel and the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. What are your responsibilities?
The Multi Property Director of Event Booking Centre is a strategic business leader within the reactive Sales department of the Event Booking Centre discipline. In this position you are responsible to develop and implement departmental strategies. You ensure and stimulate group room sales and catering sales. Furthermore you guarantee that yearly targets are met. This position also ensures associate satisfaction and the development of the team members. You focus on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. You outline the group sales strategy which is in line with the market and the competition. Moreover the Multi Property Director of Event Booking Centre looks after a sufficient rooms and catering forecast.

To be eligible for this position you…
• You have a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management.
• You have a passion for hospitality.
• You have experience in a management position within Sales & Marketing.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch & English.
