- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
Holder of certificate related to Food hygiene will be an advantage
2 - 3 years related experience
Basic command of spoken Chinese & English
Working on overnight shift occasionally is required
