Position Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced chef who can manager our extensive food and drink outlets and provides the highest food quality and consistency. The candidate needs to be able to manage food production and stewarding function, Develops guest/market orientated menus to reflect local, seasonal and national trends, Ensure implementation of local law, regulations and policies related to your department, Responsible for hygiene and food safety standards, implementation and delivery; Human recourses management of the F&B department; Foster and develop employee relations; Ensure Health and Safety standards; Be a role Model for policies & procedures; Manager on duty.
