What are our expectations?

The Assistant Manager, Sales Administration acts as the primary contact for boutique and e-commerce teams, managing the demands of the network as they relate to the inventory of jewelry, watches, and accessories. The position is in our New York office and reports to the Director of Supply Chain and Customer Care.

The Assistant Manager, Sales Administration responds on a daily basis to inquiries from commercial teams regarding transfer policy, product availabilities, orders status, model stock levels and general needs related to the inventory of jewelry, watches, accessories and all sales-necessary materials.

This role manages the flow of jewelry, watches, fragrance and packaging across all channels, processes transfers between boutiques and sell-in invoicing to our wholesale partners as required. This role is also responsible for regular stock rebalancing to optimize inventory throughout the network. The role will also distribute a monthly reporting of the stock situation to the boutiques.

The Assistant Manager, Sales Administration also manages the order placement and distribution of all sold orders for jewelry and timepieces. This includes the follow-up with European colleagues to ensure a timely delivery to the boutique and clear communication on inquiries from the network. The role also treats all the product exports out of the Americas and liaises with local logistic teams and European counterparts to ensure the timely delivery of the product overseas.

The Assistant Manager, Sales Administration is also the primary contact of designated external partners. This role processes consignments to our wholesale partners as needed and follow-up regarding the timely return to stock or invoicing based on the terms agreed upon prior to shipment. This role also assists in the organization of returns from our wholesale partners including the processing of return authorization orders and the subsequent credit in SAP and manages the reconciliation of their inventory in the shared online reporting tool on a monthly basis.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum four years’ experience in a merchandising or supply chain role, preferably in luxury goods
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid analytical skills and strong aptitude to work with figures.
  • Previous experience with luxury consumer products desired.
  • Previous knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service oriented attitude.
