JOB TITLE         Communications & Publicity Assistant Manager

REPORTING TO     Communications & Publicity Manager

LOCATION         Shanghai

JOB DESCRIPTION
To manage, develop & implement full integrated communications plan for Cartier Jewelry/ Accessories/Seasonal (categories & projects subject to discussion and may change accordingly) across all Paid Own, Earn communications platforms

MAIN PURPOSE
Implement the global/local communications strategy by managing the placement, negotiation and execution of any given projects within Cartier Jewelry/ Accessories/Seasonal, across all media, including but not limited to Print, OOH, Digital, Search, Social, ePR, garnering & implementing Press support. 
To define, optimize and manage each given project budget across all communications touchpoints, including paid media, ePR, local content production & adaption
Work closely with the HQ Communications & PR team, media agency, PR agency and/or social agency, internal marketing/content development/E-Commerce teams on strategy development, validation, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key responsibility 1 – Develop and manage media and publicity strategies and action plans on given projects

-    Oversee the given projects planning across all Paid, Own, Earn platforms 
-    Liaise and validate all media plan, actions plans and creative layouts with HQ Communications team as well as media, PR/ePR & creative/digital agencies
-    Liaise and work closely with China content team to ensure consistence outputs of excellence in line with the project directions
-    Ensure quality and premium outputs in all campaign as per Cartier’s guidelines to maintain and enhance Cartier as the luxury reference
-    Responsible for overseeing given project performance, results & KPIs
-    Ensure an updated record of media & publicity spending of given project

    Key responsibility 2 – Overall management of digital media buying & performance 
-    Key digital media spending holder, working with the teams to ensure an updated record of spending in each channel & placement 
-    Data analysis incl. display, social, search, e-business, GA, data transparency etc, to provide key insights & learnings to the team
-    Responsible for finding new digital touch-points and keeping Cartier’s digital leadership across all platforms
-    Responsible for consolidating digital performance including display, search, website etc…

    Key responsibility 3 – Overall management of OOH Plan & budget 
-    Working with the team to ensure an updated record of spending in each OOH placement 
-    Oversee annual OOH planning and negotiations of all locations according to HQ guideline and top management request
-    Lead team on daily OOH advertising operation, including location validation, visual update, OOH quality maintenance, contract renew, payment follow-up, etc. 
-    Lead team to manage the working quality and relationship of OOH landlords and production vendors

    Key responsibility 4 – Agency management 
-    Lead contact for all Cartier China OOH Vendors 
-    Manage day-to-day working relationship with media agency, PR agency, creative agencies, production house 
-    Manage PR & Media agency briefings, media selection, annual/campaigns KPI, work flow, third-party tracking and maintain a constructive relationship
-    Manage Creative Agency on display ad adaptation, new ideas and work flow efficiency
