HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
We welcome a new addition to our Cartier Retail team, you will support us in our daily operations, SAP processes and other interesting ad hod projects. You will get to work closely with our retail team and explore all the facets of our retail business. This is a great opportunity if you understand that organisation, structure and a pro-active mindset are key to success. We welcome you to join us for a 6 month period as of January 2021 - so write your new chapter with Cartier!
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You assist in the organisation of retail meetings and preparation of PPT
You manage the booking of travel and hotels for the Retail staff and trainers/coaches
You support office operations and handle the grey box (transfer to Boutiques)
You follow up on uniforms and ipads in Boutiques
You check eastsong tracings
You update prices in VM Excel lists and support with archiving
You place monthly VM orders in SAP, while creating corresponding printed documents corresponding with
You follow up and distribute PLV to Boutiques when needed – per week/month
You create monthly SAP orders for sales accessories
You create Vendors and PO’s
are currently enrolled in a Business School programme (HBO or MBO) and are available full-time
are fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage)
pro-actively approach your work and thrive on managing several projects simultaneously, with great focus on
have good computer skills (Excel, PPT, SAP is a plus)
