MAIN PURPOSE

Provide full Human Resources Services to the Richemont Brands and Back Offices in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HRIS

  • To maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System (SAP and Times Software)
  • To monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
  • To organise locally and produce SAP Group HR reporting


2.Compensation and Benefits

  • Be the go-to person for payroll processing, posting and reports for Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates’ compensation, special payments), income submission to IRAS and tax clearance for non-Singaporeans (if needed).
  • Understand the process and support all payroll related matters such as payment  of CPF, EPF, SOSCO, PCB, EIS etc, prepare monthly Headcount report and survey  if required
  • Monitor and alert the Human Resources Manager to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount


3. Employee Relations/CSR​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
  • Assist and organise company’s CSR activities. This includes Health and Safety projects or requirements


4. Training and Development

  • Interface with Group HR and external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate


5. Ad Hoc Projects

  • Manage, communicate and deliver important projects that impact other parts of the organization


6. Work Pass Management

  • Administer MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations and ensure updates of employee data to MOM are completed timely.
  • Oversee and manage employees’ travel to advice and apply for Entry Applications


7. Expatriates Management

  • Support and manage the relocation of expatriates for human aspects (coaching, advises, experience sharing) and HR technical aspects (Visa, Housing, schools, car and clubs if applicable)
  • Manage and provide information to expatriates on C&B (Tax Clearance, Social Benefits)


8. Administration​​​​​​​

  • Ensure vendor includes PO number in invoices and all invoices are verified in proper manner
  • Submit Claims for Training Grants, Maternity Leave, NS pay etc
  • And any other ad-hoc duties assigned as necessary


REQUIREMENTS

  • You have strong knowledge of the local regulations and at least 4 - 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience.
  • Together with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you also thrive under pressure and able to demonstrate strong operational abilities to the team.
  • The team enjoys working with you because of your positive mindset and inspiring attitude.
  • You are self-organised, able to multi-task and have a keen eye for details
  • You enjoy being hands-on and are known to be reliable and responsible

  • Geographical coverage: Singapore (Malaysia, Thailand & Australia for alignment of initiatives & policies etc)
