HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be supporting the business through Wholesale, Phone Sales and E-commerce channels.
Your key responsibilities will be:
For phone sales and E-commerce for Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia -
- To act as the key player to manage the phone sales and E-commerce channcels to meet the sale target by working with customer relationship teams;
- To participate in and manage all steps of preparation and operation process;
- To manage and monitor the daily operation, including stock forecast, order status, after-sales service, etc., by close communication with different departments (logistics and operation, etc.);
- To liaise with marketing department to plan the marketing calendar and execute the marketing campaigns;
- To closely monitor the sales performance and take initiative to provide insights to drive traffic and boost the sales;
- To prepare and analyze the daily/weekly/monthly report and provide comments to improve traffic, sales performance and CRM data
For wholesale in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Travel Retail -
- To manage the daily sales administration tasks by sticking with the deadline;
- To work closely with marketing department to prepare marketing campaign and ensure the implementation on time;
- To communicate with operation department to ensure stock level, order process and after-sales service;
- To answer the query from retailers and conduct the visits to the shop when necessary
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
To contribute in your team success you have/are:
• Prior phone sales and E-commerce experience highly preferred but not a must
• Experience in wholesale and/or luxury industry
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong interest in developing E-commerce space
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Sales Executive
