MAIN PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive will play an essential role in providing a seamless interview process for candidates and hiring managers across our Maisons and partnering with schools to drive our Campus engagement activities.  We're looking for an exceptionally organized TA executive who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This person will partner closely with the Talent Manager, South Asia, HR Business Partners and hiring managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Recruitment 

  • Manage daily recruitment activities for retail and junior executive office hiring across all Maisons and Richemont functions in South Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand markets) including job Posting, resume screening and interview arrangements. 
  • Create a great candidate experience through the ownership of interview scheduling and tracking process
  • Effectively act as a bridge and point of contact between external candidates and internal hiring teams, prioritising urgent requests and last-minute scheduling changes
  • Contribute and support a variety of Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects to drive a best-in-class approach to hiring


2.    Campus Engagement and Employer Branding 

  • Provide end to end support of internship recruiting activities, scheduling, planning, and logistics
  • Partner with the schools on job posting and screening of interns 
  • Liaise with candidates to arrange interviews and respond to any recruitment or application queries
  • Engage with schools and business to plan for any career fairs or campus-related activities 
  • Partner with Talent Manager to drive any Employer Branding activities for South Asia 


3.    Administration and Special Projects 

  • Liaise with HR Operations team on any submission of Recruitment related invoices 
  • Support in any adhoc Talent projects (ie: Talent Succession Planning/ Talent Pipeline Planning) 


REQUIREMENTS

  • You have 1 to 2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience within International firms, ideally in Retail, FMCG or Hospitality. 
  • Together with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you also thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • You are a self-starter, able to multi-task and have a strong passion for bringing in great talents
  • You are naturally curious and enjoy being hands-on
