MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Provides guest services, handles the set-up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out of guest.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Diploma in Hospitality management
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
Ability to work independently, and a team player as well
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
Pleasant and charming personality
Able to operate Opera system
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
