- Responsible for the smooth operation and profitability of the department.
- Efficiently allocate and use all resources to achieve maximum profits through planning, organising, leadership and communications to achieve best results for the Division.
- Enhance total Guest Satisfaction and high quality of Service. Dealt on the assignment given by Guest Service Manager - Lemon Garden.
Diploma in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management or equivalent is an advantage.
Incumbent should preferably have knowledge and experience in all day dining service.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity.

- Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
