Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou
The Director of Sales (DOS), under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, is responsible for overseeing the day to day sales efforts of the Sales department and the implementation of the Shangri-La sales management system, training programs and sales activity plans set forth in the hotel''s Marketing Plan.
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in Hotel Sales & Marketing.
• College Graduate with computer knowledge.
• A self – starter, confident, tactful, team worker and goal– oriented. Must have an eye for details and guest-oriented.
• Ability and willing to work long hours and multi-task.
• Excellent selling and communication skills.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Mandarin.
• Preferably with pre-opening experience.
