We are looking for a Floor Manager.
As a Floor Manager,we rely on you to:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for daily floor work and handover arrangement and supervision
2.Keep abreast of room availability on the floor.
3.Pay attention to guest dynamics, deal with temporary problems, and report to department manager when there are any major problems.
4.Cooperate with quality control department to check guest rooms。
5.Concerned about the work and life of the colleague, timely summary to the department manager.
6.Keep abreast of booking information, customer information, especially the names of hotel VIP and regular guests。
7.Be familiar with the inside and outside information of the hotel, provide the accurate inquiry service for the guest.
We are looking for someone who:
1.At least 5 years working experience in high star hotel, 2 years working experience as floor supervisor in 5 star hotel.
2.Medium or above education background, good command of spoken English.
3.Familiar with housekeeping professional knowledge.
4.Cheerful personality, practical work, a strong sense of service and responsibility.
5.International brand hotel experience is preferred.
