Assistant Director of Human Resources
We are looking for Assistant Director of Human Resources
As a Assistant Director of Human Resources, we rely on you to
Be responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance in all areas of HR and supporting the accomplishment of hotel and department goals and objectives. The incumbent will support recruitment and other Human Resources - related functions. Demonstrate key competencies and values.
A few of the defining attributes of the Assistant Director of Human Resources, his/her engaging personality and exceptional people management skills coupled with creativity and innovation. Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of cost control and Human Resources processes and procedures.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for people
Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management
Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
Knowledge of local labour laws and industrial relations
Has good communication and people management skills
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Enjoys interacting with people
Able to communicate priorities and support Director of Human Resources to drive business results
A team player, goals oriented, dependent, highly motivated, mature and with a high speed of execution.
