To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work based on the duty roster and to the standard set. Please note that the standards are reviewed and change on a regular basis reflecting change inn trends, guest expectation and operating philosophies.
To perform the daily operating procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
To have a through understanding and knowledge of all department/division related service and product and the ability to recommend and upsell alternatives.
To handle guest enquiries/complaints in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problem to superior if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
Maximize guest satisfaction by achieve 10/10 in Performance Monitor, We Value Your Opinion and Banquet Critic Form.
Contribute and improve business result by monitors and controls the expenses of the respective division.
Implement interest to manage occupancy, rate and REVPAR.
Implement upselling program upon arrival of guest.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
2 year of experience as Duty Manager in an International class hotel.
Commitment to customer values, self-starter.
Sensitive to guest and employee needs.
Effective bilingual both in Malay & English.
Computer knowledge a must – Hotel OPMS Opera System, Microsoft Office.
Due to work pass restriction only Malaysian can apply.
