Sheraton Grand Sydney, Hyde Park has completed a $50m renovation of all 558 guestrooms, Sheraton Club, Grand Ballroom and event space. A rare opportunity presents itself for a Spa Manager to join our market leading hotel.
The Spa Manager leads and manages the Rejuvenation on the Park Day Spa Team. This team is made up of dedicated therapists who provide a 5 star Spa experience. Located on the 22nd Floor, Rejuvenation on the Park is an oasis sitting above the city skyline with views of Hyde Park and the Harbour.
The main role of the Spa Manager is to:
•Ensure our guests receive 5 star spa treatments
•Manage the appointments and front of house operation include Fitness Centre, Pool and treatment rooms
•Lead the team in ensuring targets are exceeded
•Enforce brand standards and procedures for the team
•Work collaboratively with other departments
•Oversee the training and hiring of associates
•Review and revitalise the Spa Treatment Menu
•Create and deliver specials and new initiatives
•Previous experience in a luxury Spa in a similar role
•Qualifications in beauty and massage
•Proven track record in managing a team
•Energized in a fast paced environment
•Excellent grooming and presentation skills
•Computer literacy, including excellent Microsoft/Excel skills
•Full time availability, including weekends and public holidays
•Permanent resident or unlimited working rights in Australia
