Description du poste
1.Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations and activities of the Sales team. In the absence of the Director of Sales and Marketing, assume full responsibility for the department and its operations.
2.Drive and supervise sales team to achieve departmental and individual revenue goals.
3.Assist in the development of Sales and Promotional Market Plan.
4.Involve in Departmental training and conduct sales selling skill training when necessary.
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.International hotel sales experience more than 5 year.
2. Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Be knowledgeable of local market and hotel Market Mix.
4. Be knowledgeable of Corp. and Leisure segment
5. Knowledge of Revenue Management
