The opportunity…

The Billing & Collections Analyst is accountable for ensuring the Americas accounts receivable (AR) balance and DSO are kept to a minimum each month by removing barriers that prevent or slow down invoice payment (such as responding to customer invoice disputes and queries).

As the Billing & Collections Analyst you manage our ledger providing financial, clerical and administrative duties for fast, timely and accurate payment of accounts.

You will have a wide range of responsibilities and activities in your new role:
  • Deliver a positive billing, payment and collection experience for our customers
  • Support the Billing & Collections Team Leader to achieve Cash collection targets set by Head Office
  • Support AutoPay adoption for Americas customers and meet AutoPay targets
  • Ensure external invoice payments are allocated within customer expectations
  • Handle customer queries and issues (cases) within agreed service levels and resolved at a quality expected by our customers
  • Support the SiteMinder Sales, Service Delivery and Customer Success team on changes or issues to accounts (including, but not limited to group pricing changes and complaints)
  • Ensure timely processing of customer requests such as cancellation of services
  • Ensure collections action (i.e. reminders, suspensions) are processed and conducted within policy
  • Ensure CRM and billing system customer data is kept up to date
  • Continually share ideas and knowledge with the team, to up skill yourself and others around you
  • Escalate issues that impact the team or customers to the Billing & Collections Team Leader or Head Office as applicable
  • Assist with other duties as required by the Billing & Collections Team Leader, Americas

  • We’re looking for people who:
  • Experience in an Accounting team, ideally with AR / AP experience
  • Customer focused
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A working knowledge of Zuora, Salesforce or similar systems
  • Able to work in a close team environment, where ideas are shared, valued and discussed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile and dynamic environment
  • Can smile and laugh whilst working under pressure, and juggling multiple things at once.  
  • Are helpful, encouraging and respectful to team members and everyone they interact with.
    • Langue requise: Anglais.
