Sales Enablement Specialist H/F
Sales Enablement drives efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams through 4 main dimensions: sales talent development, sales assets management, sales community management, and adoption of sales processes & methodologies. As the right-arm of sales operations and sales leadership in global segments, this role aims at transforming data insights and feedbacks from the field into initiatives combining these 4 dimensions to impact sales performance. In collaboration with Marketing, Operations & HR functions, this position enables sales teams to successfully execute defined go-to-market strategy.

Votre quotidien chez nous :
§ Defines and executes a Sales Enablement roadmap, in coordination with global/regional stakeholders.
§ Identifies and addresses sales teams’ needs, working with segment heads of sales/sales operations.
§ Works with group Learning & Development to co-design, facilitate deployment, follow up adoption and optimize training & development programs.
§ Designs and facilitates training sessions to sales audiences combining multiple learning approaches.
§ Maintains and promotes a library of sales assets aligned to our clients and prospects’ buying journeys.
§ Creates, curates, and shares relevant content to sales audiences.
§ Drives change by animating the sales community worldwide through different channels on a structured basis.
§ Coordinates and facilitates events to bring relevant content to the sales community worldwide, including our monthly sales webinar (Sales Club).
§ Defines, deploys, and fosters adoption of sales processes, methodologies, and tools from the sales tech stack (such as enablement tools, social selling tools, proposal automation tools, presentation tools, etc.).
§ Acts as Sales Enablement lead for MSDC (Marketing & Sales Distribution Center) Europe for the development and deployment of sales enablement initiatives.
Measures and optimizes impact of sales enablement initiatives to demonstrate sales ROI.

Votre apport :
§ Master’s degree in business or equivalent.
§ 5 to 7 years’ of experience in Sales support, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations in a global, multi-cultural scope.
§ Technical Competencies:
o End-to-end comprehension of complex B2B sales processes and the evolving buyer-seller relation.
o Experience in managing communities and driving change.
o Excellent facilitation skills, able to animate workshops and deliver training sessions in English and French to audiences of different seniority levels. 3rd language is a plus.
o Knowledge of different sales methodologies (such as Challenger, Spin Selling, Solution Selling, etc.) as well as sales coaching. Sales Coaching certification is a plus.
o Experience with multiple enablement tools, such as Salesforce CRM, Trailhead, Sales Navigator, Altify, Showpad Seismic, Gong, etc.
§ Behavioural Competencies: Client Centricity, Collaborates, Optimizes Work Processes, Analytical, Excellent Communication, Fast Learner
