We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Job Overview
To assist the Restaurant Manager with the running of all aspects s of the Restaurants operation in accordance with the brand and hotel standards. Ensuring impeccable standards of service for all guests, at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Assist with the management of all restaurant staff, including payroll, rotas, staff training and recruitment
Ensuring effective control and purchasing and ordering to optimise service and profit performance.
•Assist with the monitoring of restaurant revenue and costs, work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage when needed
•Overseeing the monthly inventory for all the wines and beverages conducted in collaboration with the finance department.
•Conduct weekly inventory and cross check of beverage inventory with Micros sales.
•Direct day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to improve team member performance and help manage conflict.
•Analyse guest feedback to identify and meet customer expectations
•Assist with devising local food and beverage marketing programs and promotions for the restaurant;

- £22,000 plus service charge
- Meals on duty, discounted rooms rates and F&B in our various hotels etc

À propos de vous
Must have previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor within a fine dining
Previous hotel experience is advantageous
An absolute commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
Flexibility and versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
