As our Director of Food & Beverage you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy of the various Food Beverage division, as well as the overall operation of Food & Beverage and its departments, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. You will lead, coach and motivate Heads of Department to drive results as well as overseeing all budgets, forecasts and schedules in line with the hotel business plan.
