This vibrant beach property is looking for an outgoing F&B Manager to train at its restaurant! The restauraunt is an elegant Italian oasis hidden in the heart of Miami Beach. Train as an assistant manager of operations, management, and finances! Join the team today to expand your horizons and immerse yourself in the culture of this beautiful establishment.

Rate of Pay: $50,000/year based on experience Hours Per Week: 40-50

Benefits: Males should bring dark suits (Black, dark blue, gray) and dark dress shoes. Females should bring black dress and dark high heels/dress shoes. A complimentary meal per shift will be provided. PTO is provided and can be discussed with HR upon arrival along with other benefits. J1's are encouraged to fly into Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport. Please arrange for transportation from the airport upon arrival. The hotel is not able to provide this.  Complimentary temporary housing is dependent upon occupancy and business levels. Soho Beach House has accommodations that they would be willing to offer depending on the dates of arrival of the J1. Please coordinate this with HR ahead of time. If the accommodations are not available upon the start of training, the J1 will need to arrange housing ahead of time.

Profil recherché

Candidates should have previous supervisory or management experience.

Customer service and a hospitality background is highly preferred.
 
Candidates should great smile, be outgoing, and have a great professional presence.
