Human Resource – Recruitment Supervisor

Summary of Responsibilities:

- Advertise vacancies externally according to recruitment budget.

- Call suitable candidates

- Respond to unsuitable candidates within 24 hours of their application being received

- Ensures that all Job Descriptions are up to date and relevant at time of recruitment

- Coordination of the training record and tracking system

- Assists in the collation of information for the Human Resources reporting procedure

- Liaise with Department Heads to ensure that interviews are conducted together with an HR representative within a timely fashion

Qualifications:

We are looking for a well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:

· Fluent in English and Mandarin oral and written

· At least 1 year experience, that of calling centre as a plus

· College and above Hospitality Management Major as a plus

· Ability to work with enthusiasm, passion and initiative. Observe in details. Available for flexible working time and quick paced environment
