- To ensure that the Colleague accommodation is cleaned, inspected and monitored on a regular basis to maintain the high standard of cleanliness and safety levels
- Prepare allocated rooms prior to arrival of new joiners
- Prepare the Welcome Pack for new joiners
- To assist the implementation of Accommodation Rules and Regulations, carry out room inspections and report any irregularities to Human Resources Office
- To supervise the internet connection installation and support colleagues with any related issues
- To report any breakages and maintenance issues whilst maintaining a log and following up on repairs
- Liaise with the building maintenance team for necessary repairs
- Coordinate pest control and reporting any requirements
- To clean common areas in the apartment (kitchen, living room, balcony) on a regular basis and keep a track
- To keep an updated inventory of all items in Accommodation
- To prepare and keep apartment and room keys in an organised and safe manner
- To assist with the welcoming and greeting of new arrivals to accommodation and go through the check-in process
- To assist with the exit formalities of an Artisan when leaving the colleague accommodation
- To prepare all needed reports as requested
- To report all colleagues comments and complaints on a timely manner and assist them if feasible at his/her level or give them the right feedback
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for luxury hotels or resorts
- Experience in Housekeeping department as a self checker
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Capable to carry out physical work
- Proficient on Microsoft Office
