Description


Reporting to the Venues Manager, responsibilities include assisting with the management of smooth operation of AM or PM shifts, coordination of tasks and oversee performance of Food and Beverage Attendants and Kitchen team, ensuring maximum productivity and complete guest satisfaction are achieved. Handle guest concerns and complaints according to Hotel standards and solicit guest feedback for continual improvement. You will also assist with initial and ongoing on the job training of Food and Beverage Attendants to ensure standards are adhered to. You will be required to uphold Westin standards and the hotel’s policies and procedures.


Requirements:


The successful applicant will possess outstanding communication and leadership skills. You will also have sound beverage knowledge, strong attention to detail, excellent personal presentation and a true passion for customer service. Minimum experience of one year in a similar environment is essential. Previous experience in a supervisory role is an advantage. You must be available to work a variety of shifts over a seven day rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends. You must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety and Hygiene certificates.
