1.cooperate with a wedding sales and aim at achievement of the team budget
2.Proactively recommend the optimum method for success of client’s event and chase any opportunity for up sell
3.Take initiative and organize for success of the day
4.Coordinate and communicate with each related department for smooth operation
5. Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
6. Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guest and associates alike.
7. Establish and maintain a good rapport with bridal referral agents.
8.Promote and encourage inter-departmental cooperation and communication to improve customer service and overall satisfaction.
