Job Summary

I achieve a personal goal, make an effort on contribution of sales and a customer degree of satisfaction rise, go, protect the standard of the enterprise, a brand standard and an image in a hotel and protect to achieve a goal of the sales of the hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES/責任
 

1.cooperate with a wedding sales and aim at achievement of the team budget

ウェディングセールスと協力をしてチーム予算の達成を目指す
 

2.Proactively recommend the optimum method for success of client’s event and chase any opportunity for up sell

提案型の打ち合わせを進めイベントを成功に導く、また常にアップセルの機会を探る
 

3.Take initiative and organize for success of the day

イベント当日の指揮を取りイベントを成功に導く
 

4.Coordinate and communicate with each related department for smooth operation

関係各部署との関係を築き円滑なオペレーションを図る
 
5.  Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
すべてのスターウッドとホテルの基準と手順を遵守する。
 
6.  Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guest and associates alike.
お客様と社員を大切にする職場環境づくりを積極的に進める。
 
7.  Establish and maintain a good rapport with bridal referral agents.
婚礼紹介業者との良好な関係を構築して維持する。
 

8.Promote and encourage inter-departmental cooperation and communication to improve customer service and overall satisfaction.
