We are currently seeking a talented and passionate pizzaiolo to join our team.

Vie Montagne is a fine-dining restaurant, members club and micro brewery in Verbier, Switzerland.

Profil recherché

• Strong interest in sourdough pizza
• Minimum of 2 years experience in dough making
• Previous use of wood-fired oven is required
• Passion and creative chef with strong interest in creative flavours
• Team player
• Able to work in a high pressure environment
• We have an open kitchen so being well presented is required

Our concept began with positive living in the mountains.

The Club Room is a cosy restaurant and private members club on the upper floor, epitomising understated luxury with panoramic mountain views. The menu shares the unique flavours of locally sourced produce where our Chef focuses on quality ingredients, sourcing from the local area as much as possible.

The wine list showcases the best of Valais winemaking, alongside a large selection of traditional new and old world wine regions.


The ground floor restaurant has a modern rustic style, serving contemporary craft beer and velvety coffee.

Our beers are brewed on site in our artisanal microbrewery using fresh mountain water. Styles include a Pilsner, IPA brewed with Cascade and Chinook hops, and a range of American Pale Ale's.
