Responsible for providing a warm, welcoming and witty experience to all guests who stay at W Hong Kong. Create a WOW experience for guests by attending to their needs and provide efficient check-in and fond farewell, seize every opportunity to provide our Whatever/Whenever service commitment. Resolve guests’ complaints and introduce Starwood Preferred Guest program.
Job Requirement
Experience – 1 year working experience in any guest contact position, fresh graduates are welcome
Education – bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Technical/ functional competencies - experience in computer skills (Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint). Knowledge of Opera, POS system is a plus.
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
