Purpose of Role
Responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, personable and authentic experience for each guest during all encounters. Aim to maximize guest interaction while minimize time spent away from them. Create wow moments for guests by attending to their needs and performing W’s Whatever/Whenever service promise during all interactions.
§ Provide a welcome experience to guest for every visit, by providing W’s
Whatever/Whenever service and assisting with any request.
§ Be fully able to order and provide FIT beverages to guests upon request.
§ Accurately post charges to guest accounts and / or take cash / credit card for
purchases. Keep an accurate record of all postings.
§ Keep sufficient amount of merchandise at all times and ensure that all is
accounted for accurately.
§ Keep the facilities are clean and tidy at all times with ample supplies of
§ Ensure the facilities are only accessed by hotel guests and FIT members.
