About the Role:

A Sales Manager, Growth Accounts will be responsible for managing the performance of a Growth Accounts team, overseeing the sales & customer experience for their assigned book of business. Growth accounts refer to our highest Lifetime Value (LTV)l and high backlog relationships.

You will work closely with their Growth Accounts team to deepen relationships with clients, drive retention/upselling and ensure optimal member satisfaction. This role integral in driving the account success/growth and will be a key figure with respect to goal setting and strategy for Growth Accounts. 

This position will report to the Senior Director, Growth Accounts who oversees all EMEA Growth accounts.

As a successful Sales Manager, Growth Accounts you will be expected to:

  • Tailor the Growth Accounts strategy to the needs of your book of business and scale accounts

  • Motivate and manage a team of Account Directors, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to optimize member experience and membership growth among growth accounts

  • Accurately forecast to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly cadence

  • Partner with Portfolio Sales and Market Sales to maintain view on the available inventory in select markets and to create selling strategies to generate demand and incentivise closing

  • Individually cover an assigned book of business (3-5 accounts) 

  • Creatively add value throughout the lifecycle, increase retention and reducing churn

  • Partner with Account Directors and Account Executives to support member relationships

  • Drive post-sales activity for members by strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and game-plan to upsell for member expansion

  • Own the accuracy of Growth Accounts forecasting to report to the Senior Director, Growth Accounts

  • Serve as an internal point of contact for any disputes with the Growth Accounts org in EMEA

  • Establish a culture of communication within Growth Accounts to share best practices



Experience and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in advanced B2B sales and/or transactions, preferably commercial real estate 

  • 3+ years in customer-facing capacity (e.g. AM, CSM, Relationship Manager)

  • Willingness to travel to interface with members

  • Proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets 

  • Strong team player who can make decisions and execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market in which you will be deployed is a plus 

  • A thoughtful communicator who can prioritize and project manage short and long term initiatives

  • Problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans  

  • Hard-working, self-motivated, dependable, organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong ability to forecast and manage team pipeline using Salesforce or other CRM

  • Prior experience in a startup / high-growth company a plus!

  • Ability to break down problems into manageable components and think through optimal solutions

  • Strong generalist – highly competent with the ability to wear many hats

  • Strong internal relationships with REA, Enterprise Services, Legal, Sales/Local leadership is a must
