As the Sales Operations & Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in WeWork’s Pacific region based in Sydney covering Australia, South-East Asia and South Korea. You will collaborate with teams in the Sales organisation and other key stakeholders across General Management, Finance, Marketing, Product, Real Estate and Community. Your critical insights and hands-on approach to processes, systems, and tools will directly impact our business across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Support: Assist with day-to-day needs of the sales organisation including cadence around pipeline analysis, forecasting and account management

  • Processes: Drive continuous improvement of all sales-related processes through the funnel, specific systems/tools (i.e. Salesforce), and overall sale engagement rules to ensure standardisation, effectiveness and simplification across the organisation

  • Quota Setting: Manage overall sales team goal setting and compensation/incentives to optimise employee productivity to achieve business goals

  • Reporting: Build reporting dashboards and drive analyses to increase the performance visibility to regional leaders

  • Planning: Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of the region’s sales plan, budgeting, forecasting, and periodical business reviews

  • Strategy: Conduct analyses on major revenue and product trends, including business segment performance, product adoption, channel growth and sales effectiveness to advise leadership of the business decisions and opportunities for financial improvement

  • Product Management: Ownership of inventory pricing and operating configuration across our buildings 

  • Asset Management: Work with functional teams to ensure effective pre-sales of new buildings and accelerate sales in priority buildings



Experience and Qualifications:

  • Legal right to work in Australia (Australia citizen, PR)

  • 2-5 years of sales operations and related strategy experience

  • Adaptable to change. Working background in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a strong plus

  • Experience using CRM and analytic tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, Looker, Excel, etc. is highly regarded

  • Strong track record of analytical problem solving, operational, financial modeling and project management capabilities

  • A motivated and resourceful self-starter who is keen to dig into the data and understand processes 

  • Leadership potential and relationship skills with a background working cross-functionally and at all levels

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Passionate, enthusiastic and results-driven individual

  • Strong command of both written and spoken English, with Asian language proficiency being a plus (Korean, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin)
