Luxury award winning Japanese restaurant - ZUMA - on Madison Avenue are now recruiting for skilled Experienced Sous Chef to join our team. With 12 restaurants around the world, ZUMA truly is a global force in luxury hospitality.

We are looking for experienced Sous Chef who has managed a large and diverse crew worked in a fast paced environment.

Profil recherché

As a Sous Chef for Zuma we need to you have excellent management and communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure - we are busy restaurants!

If you have worked in Japanese restaurants before and have the skills to work in a luxury environment and you are eager to learn we want to hear from you.
