Professional with over 23 years of experience occupying positions of increasing degree of responsibility in Hotels and Restaurants. Solid training in BPM, food handling and stock control as well as international and regional haute cuisine Argentina, Team leader in local companies with intense involvement in the customer service and satisfaction sector. Strongly oriented to results, resilient, committed, collaborative, adaptable and with skills to lead multidisciplinary work teams.
During the last 10 years, I occupied leadership positions taking with responsibility, active listening, and empathy the institutional objectives before different Stakeholders. Experience as a teacher of the General Directorate of Special Regimes, taking responsibility for the efficiency and reintegration program of old trades in the process of disappearing. Sharp vision of social and economic reality to design and implement different strategies to carry out.
