Providing proper GMS (greeting, meeting, siting) to all customers, accordingly to Restaurant SOPs. Meet all responsible needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames. Recognize the customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation accordingly. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments.
Identify customer needs and expectations currently, including special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information. Also communicate with the front office's colleagues to assist the guests to meet their needs.
Team work. Offer assistance to colleagues when required, to ensure work goals are met. Support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Ensures hostess desk is manned at all times so that all customers receive a friendly & prompt welcome.
Schedule dining reservations in “Book a table “reservation system and arranges parties or special services for customers according the Restaurant Reservations SOPs.
Update the databases of the guest preferences and loyalty program members.
Close the checks in proper way, well efficient in using Micros Symphony as a cashier on daily basis; Except these, taking the report from credit card machine at the end of the day.
