À propos de moi

I am an established professional with an extensive career in Human Resources Management within large Multinational Corporations with global exposure and leaders in the Cruise line and Hospitality industry.
I have relevant strong skills and applicable experience in Employee Relations, People and Performance Management, Talent Retention, Relations with Union Representatives,
Communication, Negotiation and Litigation (Attorney), Employment Law, Organization and Crises Management.
I have previously worked as a direct report for Companies’ Top Management (President and VP’s HR Director), Corporate Executive (Government) and HR Director (Cruises) with a focus on dealing with HR issues. In addition, I have managed critical operations with extremely relevant conflicts with Unions and Employees (large experience with Captains and Crew focusing on Employee/Industrial Relations, Crew Recruiting).
In the last four years I have been selected by Carnival Corporation as one of the HR Directors onboard leading the entire fleet Change Management program:
I have been following the start-up of the aforementioned role since 2013 with the mission to radically transform the culture on board vessels to a more caring, ethical, multi-cultural and
diverse environment; identify and modify destructive behaviors of Senior Officers, on board
Management and Crew; bridge the gap between Top Management shore-side and Crew on board; promote the new Company’s Mission and Vision and create a cohesive work environment by fostering the Company’s new Values and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
Moreover, I have coordinated the entire fleet deployment in Asia (1 Year), Europe (2 year),
Caribbean (6 months) and Middle East (6 months) supervising roughly 6000 employees.
