I've always been thinking that no matter your background, wether graduations or experiences, if you got the gutts to do something or to go somewhere, you gotta reach it one way or another. It's all about having the right attitude, believe in yourself but being humble enough not to rest on your laurels, showing out that you're capable and always asking and listening yourself on what's your purpose. That's what i truly believe in.

Running under manager's directives PARANGA restaurant included main, beach bar and beach restaurant wich is approximately 250 seating. Busiest outlet of the Hotel (Out of 5 others), fine dining, seafood & italian restaurant rate as one of the best restaurant of the heart of Malta on Tripadvisor. 5* Standards, level up with IHG leading people program by HARDVARD that i was proud to be part of. Basically i was in charge of around 70 staff from all around the world (up to 15 nationalities). Monitoring them, leading up to take out the best of them - Set up, dealing with guest, facing pressure and complains, back of house organisation, stock requisitions, order taker task while on duty, upselling and advising about our fish display, some specifical dishes (vegan, vegetarian, gluten or dairy free for instance), cash out. - Having an overall handover of how a big hotel chain work (system, discount, gift/birthday vouchers, complementary meal, room charge, mystery guest, high society customers. - Part of some private events, banquets, gala and functions according to Hotel's policy.
Global manager ; 24/7 familial hostel (10 staff) Greeting and welcoming guest, cash out, cleaning crew, roaster maker.
Opening of a fine dining & mediterranean restaurant near Nice, got the 1rst ranking position on TripAdvisor after 5 months of activity. I'd been lucky enough that i've learnt most of the knowledge i got right now thanks to a talented chef that took on this time to train me. I was basically running the place with the co owner, the whole restaurant set up included cleaning tasks, and working as a chef de rank while on duty. Starting byy own and ending up by managing 3 English staff at the end. Back of house too : polishing, linen, closing... Had a blast putting my words on the promotion of the establishment (news papers, vouchers, ads...)
Taking extra care of the overseas press that showed up specially for that worlwide event on providing all what they were asking for.
Marketing, Négociation, Communication, Expression, group projets, tourism President of the student desk : events and party maker.
