***Roles & Responsibilities*** - In charge of Pool&Beach service at Eau-Zone. - Maintaining service standard in Eau-Zone restaurant (À la carte & Set menu). - Maintaining service standard in Rotisserie restaurant (Buffet). - Managing Banquets & Events in the hotel. - Being regularly practiced in service, stewarding, food knowledge, drinks making, Micros and being up-to-date.
Key Duties ***Food and Beverage Service *** - Greeting customers, escorting guests to the seats, presenting menus and explaining the day’s specials. - Taking orders to the kitchen staffs and relaying special preferences of customers. - Providing guests with outstanding service with appropriate manners. - Taking away used plates and utensils and completing with the payment (MICROS). - Participating on committees to assist with event details, and other special requirements. ***Room Service*** - Delivering food items to guests in their rooms. - Providing highest quality service to the guests in timely and politely manners. - Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms at the end of the meals and returning dining items to the kitchen area. - Being memorable in all menu items, prices and other services provided by the employer in relation to Room Service. - Exercising appropriate telephone manners with guests.
Key Duties - Making beds and cleaning the guest rooms as well as bathrooms regularly besides providing laundry services. - Replenishing room supplies, such as drinking glasses, writing supplies, hotel brochures, bed and bathroom items. - Reporting maintenance issues to Housekeeping supervisor/manager immediately. - Stocking and maintaining Housekeeping carts and storage rooms. - Cleaning guest rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, lounges, corridors, hallways, stairways, elevators and other work spaces of the organisation as well as vacuuming, dusting, polishing furnitures and equipments, and etc.

Key Duties - Mixing and baking ingredients to produce pastries, breads and other baked goods. - Assisting and helping in the preparation and production of products by hotel specifications. - Filling and maintaining presentation stock. - Helping in the bakery or customer service when required. - Cleaning, maintaining and making simple repairs to machinery and equipments used in bakery.
Key Duties ***Front Office*** - Courteously greeting and welcoming guests in person and on phone; answer and direct inquiries to designated departments. - Checking members, guests and visitors in/out of the facilities. - Completing all necessary forms and calculating bills for services rendered as well as collecting and processing customer payments (Opera). - Validating parking tickets. - Managing front office reception area by cleaning and organizing desk and visitor lobby. ***Concierge*** - Developing strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, surrounding areas, all recreational, hospitality and business related information. - Answering telephone in friendly and professional manner, handling telephone messages accurately, completely, and promptly. - Making guest reservations for dining, spa services and travel with air or other forms of transportations when requested. - Greatly technically proficient with computer skills and complete awareness of hospitality trends. - Assisting other departments in order to provide excellent customer services. ***Business Center*** - Welcoming all guests with smile and maintaining a professional approach at all times in business center. - Providing various paper correspondence and services related to business requirements and handling mails and messages properly on confidential basis. - Ensuring that all accounting transactions and cash handling procedures were in compliance. - Having knowledge of hotel rates, packages and discounts. - Being updated for daily hotel operations, checking daily event sheets , bulletin boards and being up to date with all changes, new procedures and events.
Key Duties - Maintaining and updating information on the organization’s website. - Writing online contents and communicating with clients. - Liaising with and answering enquiries from medias and individuals. - Planning the PR aspects of potential crisis situations. - Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns.
Completing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th-Year-Certification in International Hospitality Management
