À propos de moi
My interest in hospitality goes beyond the pure business side of these. I am passionate about the history of the industry, how the classic remains an immovable object versus the unstoppable forces of current trends, always adapting to the ever-changing guest needs. I did my management-in-trainee in the beautiful Napa Valley. I developed an extensive track record in creating new business and delivering eclectic customer service. As a consequence, I became a passionate wine ambassador.
Back in Portugal, I embraced an ambitious challenge as head of procurement for one of the country’s leading restaurant groups. I realize every day is different and having the ability to adapt, improvise and overcome independently is a valued tool in the industry, hence, I proactively pursue synergies between processes and suppliers to deliver aggregate value to all stakeholders.
I am always looking for opportunities to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new projects to gain industry experience, increase my knowledge, skills, and abilities and develop unique relations. There are no bad experiences, only learning scenarios.
Recently, I embraced a new challenge in the world of securities at BNP Paribas in the Northern American Markets, proactively seeking settlements with sustainable operational risks. As part of my learning development, I’m a Master Candidate at Nova IMS in the areas of Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management as Master Candidate at Nova IMS to consolidate expertise in predictive analytics, data management, and process evolution. My overall ambition is to add value to the business process and reduce operational data latency.
Alongside this challenge, I’m joined Cercial Vinhos as Head of New Business to continue my hospitality background and passion for wine by promoting authentic wines for 16 properties across Portugal.

Vineyard, as well as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Zinfandel. Vineyard Elevation: 715 ft. The property has three irrigation ponds and two wells. Persephone Vineyard enjoys the same careful attention to viticulture as the Rutherford Estate. The vines trellised to vertical shoot position and crop yields are kept low. The cooler springtime temperatures in Pope Valley necessitate frost protection at the vineyard—unlike Rutherford—and summer’s heat means irrigation is required.
