• I am a professional with a collective of 12 year work experience.
• Mostly experienced in Housekeeping operation where I am working now and have previously worked as supervisor, team leader and attendant in various hotels.
• I have worked for 2 p reopening hotels taking a vital role of implementing strategy into plan.
• My current role as Housekeeping Supervisor has further enabled me to acquire much experience dealing with people and teams from multicultural backgrounds.
• I have shown myself to be self-motivated, committed and determined in achieving goals.
• Ability to manage a big team in Rooms, Public areas, Life guards and in the laundry.
• I have also demonstrated negotiating and organizing skills, a firm sense of responsibility and accountability, and my capacity to manage pressure.
