A highly motivated and hardworking individual, my proactive and flexible nature allows me to be an ideal team player. I possess advanced communication skills, and am able to use these to positive effect with both colleagues and guests. With many years’ exposure as a hospitality industry professional, I have successfully worked in various F&B roles including as a Barista and Restaurant Hostess. My experience includes successfully increasing revenue by 20% within three months at my own coffee shop, and also creating various products of drinks and pastries. Additionally, I am able to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and meet the various demands of customers. With a deep passion for the hospitality industry, I am pursuing a challenging role that expands my knowledge, and that creates opportunities for me to develop a progressive and rewarding career.
