Coordinating and assisting with contracting team to provide clients with multiple option for their stay in Dubai. Ensuring that complete detail are recorded according to the SOPs of the company. Keep fully up to date with the latest information regarding future availability and status of all tours and packages. Keep in contact with clients before, during and after the sale to increase chances for repeat business. Build and maintain relationship with current and prospective clients/agents in the market to generate new business. Follow up with clients for payment and generating invoice for online payment. Administrations work such as compiling reports and coordinate with Sales Manager as per the instructions.
Providing a high quality of services to customers within the defined SOPs of the company, keep up to date with the latest information, with respect to the products, policies and procedures, and handling customer request and complaints, by using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Communication Service Provider (CSP). Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, identifying opportunities to up- sell company’s new services or offering and maintaining other monthly Key Performance Index.
Assisting the sales and marketing Executive in formalizing and scheduling daily report and developing new marketing methods. Also assist teams in developing Marketing Campaigns, Planning, Advertising, Public Relations, and Research and assist them in the executions of daily plans.
