À propos de moi

I am a highly motivated MA graduate in International Studies with an advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages. As a matter of fact, I perfectly know English (the Master’s program was entirely taught in English) and I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, with a specialization in Russian Language.
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I’m flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, acquired thanks to my recent working experiences as Front Desk Agent in some internatonal chained-brand hotels, as Nh Hotels Group and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts (Marriott).
I love working in the hospitality world, and in particular in the Front Desk area, because I like taking care of the hotel guests in order to make them experience an unforgettable stay in the hotel, but also outside it.
