    Human Resources and Public Relation • Participates in the interviewing process function and assists in coordinating the scheduling of interviews with department/section heads. • Coordinate with PRO for Medical, Emirates ID, Insurance, Visa, Entertainer’s permission, License Renewal processing and all other works assigned by the Management, which related to Abu Dhabi Municipality, Abu Dhabi Tourism, Economical Department, Chamber, Civil Defense and Tadweer(Waste Management) etc. • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluation etc) • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with applicants and employee matters relative to the HR function. • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties and coordinates with all departments to assist in identifying their staffing needs. • Compile and update employee records (Both in soft form and file management) • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting induction and orientation. • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. • Provides advice and assistance to employees related to understanding and implementing approved HR policies and procedures. • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations • Log and respond to all the queries and complaints made by the staff through the relevant system or HRM system, and to ensure that prompt follow ups and actions are taken while updating the staff during the whole process Administration and Accounts • Organize and provide documents, reports and information to department and external clients in an useful and well-organized manner • Member management, including email reminders, member roster, and records of financial dues • Assist with all other office administrative duties, Perform basic bookkeeping activities • Create and maintain database records, Manage calendars • Handling Leased Outlet & Preparing their monthly statements. • Preparing statutory accounts, Cash allocation and Managing petty cash transactions • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment • All other administrative works as assigned by the Management
